All members of the Parish Council are hereby summonsed to attend the above meeting for the
purpose of considering and resolving the business as set out hereunder.
Members of the public are also invited and may speak in the Public Forum.

10 Consideration of Mid Devon District Council’s planning applications
The planning application with its supporting documents and comments made by
the public and other consultees which are published on the MDDC planning
website prior to the meeting will be considered as part of the Council's
deliberations on planning applications.
11 Consideration of Mid Devon District Council’s Planning Decisions
The following planning decisions have been received:
12 Highways matters and the Road and Snow Warden Schemes
Update and any new matters to report excluding those reported under the Traffic
Committee.

Update and any new matters pertaining to the amenities located within the parish

The Traffic Committee's next meeting is on 1 March 2023.

The next meeting of the Newsletter Working Group is on 28 February 2028.
